a) Data you provide directly: Last name, first name, email address, postal address (if applicable), phone number, payment information (processed by Stripe/PayPal - we do not store your full card number), account login credentials, and any information you voluntarily provide via email, contact forms, or our private group.

b) Data collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, pages visited, time spent on pages, referral source, and cookie data (see Section 9).

c) Data from third parties: If you interact with us through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Discord, or others), we may receive limited profile information in accordance with your privacy settings on those platforms.

We do not sell your personal data. We share your data only with the following categories of third-party service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual data processing agreements (DPAs):

Payment processors: Stripe (https://stripe.com/privacy) and PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/privacy) - for secure payment processing. They are independent data controllers for payment fraud prevention.

Platform provider: Systeme.io (https://systeme.io/privacy-policy) - for hosting our membership area, email sequences, and sales funnels.

Email service: Systeme.io (https://systeme.io/privacy-policy), Mailchimp (https://mailchimp.com/legal/prior-privacy-policy/) and Demio (https://help.demio.com/en/articles/5151423-demio-security-privacy).

Analytics: Google Analytics

Advertising: Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) ang Google Tag Manager (GTM) - for advertising campaigns and conversion tracking via Meta Pixel. See Section 9.

Hosting: OVH SAS - for website hosting (servers located in France/EU).

Social media: Meta Platforms - for our private Facebook group.
